Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing & must be accompanied by the original to the conference secretariat at mcns2025@gmail.com

Deduction of the charges will be as follows

1. 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th November 2024
2. 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31^st December 2024
3. 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15^th January, 2025
4. No refund will be made for the requests made after to 16th January 2025.
5. Refunds will be made with 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only.
